The Lord God does not hide knowledge and wisdom for chosen gurus and special sages to seek out. It is our enemy that takes us captive by lies, and hides the truth of God. (2 Tim 2:26) No, in fact God promises to give us freely all those you ask.
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” -James 1:5
Real knowledge is that secret knowledge is false.
God does conceal truth within himself so that we might have the glory of discovering who He is. (Proverbs 25:2) But that truth is available to all. (Mt 7:8) The more we seek God by studying His word and the deeper we dig into His truth, the more we will discover the same truth over and over again: All wisdom and knowledge are in the knowing of Jesus, Himself. (Col 2:3)
